Summer Break at the Museum
The Childrenmuseum is taking its annual summer break throughout August. The Museum’s administrative office will reopen on 24 August 2026.
Behind the scenes, our team is hard at work preparing everything to welcome visitors back. We look forward to welcoming the general public from 12 September 2026, with school visits resuming from 14 September 2026.

In this exciting adventure, pirates go on a treasure hunt through all the rooms of the Children’s Museum.
Calypso is a team-based escape game featuring puzzles and challenges, developed by the Childrenmuseum. (Ages 9+).
Lift out of service
Our lift is currently out of service. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
The good news is that a renovation project is already underway to make our spaces even more accessible and welcoming for everyone. This project is supported by the National Lottery and its players, to whom we extend our warmest thanks.

School period :
Open on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 2:30pm to 5:00pm.
Holidays :
Open every day from 2:30pm to 5:00pm
Closed on public holidays, on December, 24th and 31th, and on Easter sunday.
